Your order is of the utmost importance to you, Our aim is to have all orders dispatched within 7-10 working days from your order. 

All of our orders are dispatched on time using guranteed services such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or MyHermes. All orders are usually delivered the following day of dispatch. All orders are supplied with a tracking code & require a signature on receipt. 

Postage is free of charge for all orders placed with us. This is only applicable for Customers in Ireland & the UK.

Postage to Ireland & UK: Free of charge 
Postage to EU: Starting from £20 (please contact us for quote)
Postage to USA: Starting from £20 (please contact us for quote)

Postage Terms: We guarantee that all packages are safely packed and delivered. After this point we cannot take responsibility for either delays or damage caused. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering on the Memory Card Shop website. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all orders and a tracking code to use on the couriers website.

Returns

Our cards are manufactured to the strictest of quality tolerances and we strive to constantly deliver excellent quality products. 

In the unlikely event that the quality of our cards is unsatisfactory, We quality guarantee all orders. If there is an issue regarding quality please contact us as a soon as possible. We can be contacted on the number or email above, when contacting us please have your order number on hand (if possible). Otherwise we can find your order details with the delivery name or address. 

We would much rather lose money on your order than leave you unhappy with either our service or product. We will always work in your favour!

Memorial cards are products made to order and cannot be re-sold. We always require approval before we print and we never proceed with print without such approval. Thus, we regret to inform that we cannot process any claims arising from reasons other than a quality fault.
