All memorial cards are printed on 350gsm silk art board and heavy gloss laminated to help achieve longer-lasting quality. Our production is all in-house where we use laser cutting, creasing, cornering and folding machinery to ensure your products are finished to the highest possible standards.

When will I receive my memorial card proof?
You will receive a proof copy of your memorial card within 24 hours post checkout on our online store. Then you can share with family & friends for input & proofing.
Can I submit my own custom verse and image?
Yes, you can add your own custom verse on the memorial card order form on each product page. Additionally if you would like you use your own photograph (different from our catalogue) for the front or back of a memorial card simply email the photograph with your name and order number.
Is it possible to make changes after print approval?
Once you've made the payment, we begin processing your order immediately. Therefore, we regret to inform you that we cannot cancel or modify your order after checkout. We advise you to carefully review your order for any errors before making the payment. Please note that we do not offer refunds for cancellation requests and change requests are often not feasible. However, if we can intervene in the production process and recall your order, there will be a minimum charge of £50.
Are the cards gloss laminated?
